Every day, Customer Care assists our clients in using Bluenext software, ensures continuity, and makes work easier.

 

The operators are technicians and business consultants, accountants and tax advisors. They are system administrators, analysts, chartered accountants, and labor consultants, and they are one of the pillars of our company.

SUPPORT PORTAL

Bluenext Helpdesk

Technical support is a service reserved for customers with an active maintenance contract signed directly with Bluenext or with another company in the group

If you are already a customer, access the portal or register to open a ticket.

If you have signed a contract for Bluenext solutions through a reseller or professional studio (for example, your accountant), we invite you to contact your representative directly, who will handle the management of support requests.

If registration to the Helpdesk fails because the email has already been used: click on Login, then choose “Forgot your password?” to receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

PLEASE NOTE: always select the Product concerned when creating a new ticket. We recommend reviewing the section Getting Started to use our Helpdesk most efficiently.
