THE SOLUTION

What we did for Kitchen Manufacturer

The adoption of Adiuto at the client involved numerous business areas and numerous processes for document management.

Documents are now easily searchable both from the Adiuto interface and directly from the company management system. Some documents, through the use of workflows, are automatically sent to the recipient (customer, carrier, warehouse, etc.). Information is always available and shared among the various offices.

OBJECTIVES ACHIEVED

Complete digitization of production, administration and maintenance

Thanks to the adoption of the Adiuto platform, the digitization of main administrative workflows has enabled more efficient organization.

New paperless management

Dematerialization has enabled centralized information and the elimination of time losses in processes.

Digital Quality System

The Quality Office has been able to benefit from the high level of computerization achieved by the various company departments.

Digital Transformation of administrative workflows

BEFORE

Slow and dispersive management

  • Paper documentation with high cataloging and search times for each document.
  • Transport documents were printed on chemical paper and, once returned signed, were manually reorganized and cataloged in appropriate containers.
  • The Quality Office and Maintenance Office had unstructured paper information that was not shared with the company.
  • Interventions on machinery and equipment were not structured and did not provide useful information for traceability of interventions and their costs.
AFTER

Efficient, fast processes

  • Dematerialization has enabled centralized information and the elimination of time losses in processes.
  • Administrative and accounting documents are dematerialized and digitally stored with legal value.
  • Documents are accessible to all interested offices directly from the management system, reducing search times and obtaining organized document cataloging.
  • Quality and safety documents are managed in rigorous workflows and all require a well-defined authorization and distribution cycle, ensuring deadlines, documents and approval cycle.
