Before the process managed by Adiuto, the purchasing department was forced to manually solicit, receive and manage all the documents necessary to complete the supplier qualification.

What we did for multi-service company

The Adiuto platform, thanks to the DMS and BPM modules, enabled digital process management combined with a customized Web Composer portal to make partners proactive in the business process.

It allowed the configuration of a fully digital process for archiving, controlling, and reviewing all partner documentation.

  • The responsibility for accuracy and input timing was assigned to internal staff.
  • Process activity log maintained manually, on heterogeneous sources Excel/email/notes.

  • Many documents, especially those concerning safety issues, of various already qualified suppliers require periodic checks for validity verification.

Smart & digital-oriented management

  • The responsibility for the accuracy of data and documents entirely assigned to the supplier (data owner).

  • The entered data is saved within the central Adiuto system and not replicated on other systems.
