Collaborative digitalization and new perspectives

In the opening, Stefano Righi, General Manager of Bluenext, introduced the concept of “Collaborative Digitalization”: digitalization is never an isolated process, but the result of shared work with partners, clients and technologies that cooperate to create real value.

A theme that served as a common thread throughout all sessions: from the presentation of the technological innovations of the Adiuto platform, to the roadmap of artificial intelligence integration in Bluenext products and processes, from the presentation of the new software solutions that have further completed our offering for businesses, to the presentation of the new Digital Partner Program 2026.

An increasingly complete offering and AI at the center

The meeting was an opportunity to share with our partners the state of the art of AI integration in various business areas and Digital Bluenext solutions: the goal is to transform the entire information system into an ecosystem of tools that fully exploit the potential of artificial intelligence to simplify and automate processes.

We also presented the new solutions for businesses added to enrich the Bluenext portfolio, demonstrating the maturity, completeness and integration of an offering today capable of covering 360° the needs of businesses in different sectors, from manufacturing to pharma, to services:

  • Digma – Digital Maintenance: the new digital maintenance management solution
  • Diform – Digital Form: the new digital form management solution
  • The new platform to be compliant with the NIS2 directive
  • Esploro, the Business Intelligence solution integrated with Adiuto
  • Simple – the cloud ERP designed to meet the need of businesses for powerful yet simple and intuitive tools
  • The new Bluenext solutions for HR management

Product news and Partner Program

We shared with our partners important and interesting news included in the new Adiuto 7.1 release, enriched with AI-based features and the product roadmap for 2026.

Among the AI features integrated into Adiuto, we find automatic metadata tagging and chatbots with documents.

Another major innovation is the A-Solutions, “ready-to-use” packages developed by Bluenext, which greatly reduce delivery times, multiplying the value coefficient of projects.

Numerous focus sessions and live demos to see the new Adiuto features in action, the integration of Esploro in Adiuto, the solutions designed for the Pharma world (and beyond) Digma and Diform, the new Bluenext platform for HR management, and the ERP Simple.

Great attention, of course, was given to the Digital Partner Program 2026, a collaborative model that aims to strengthen partnerships through shared goals of organizational, cultural, and business growth. With this program, partnerships will become even more solid, structured and oriented towards a common goal: growing and improving together.

Diego Parassole’s speech

Among the most engaging moments of the Meeting Partner, Diego Parassole’s show stands out: a historical face of Zelig, he is now a business consultant specializing in neuroscience applied to purchasing behaviors.

With a style that intertwines science, irony, and depth, Parassole offered an original perspective on the mechanisms that drive sales, purchasing and customer relationship dynamics.

With lightness and depth, he showed how some choice and purchasing mechanisms work, transforming complex concepts into simple, concrete, and… irresistibly entertaining insights.
An intervention capable of making people smile and reflect at the same time, giving the audience energy and new points of view.

A positive balance and a look to the future

The Bologna Meeting Partner once again confirmed Bluenext’s desire to grow together with its partners, with clear objectives, a shared vision and a roadmap towards 2026 that focuses on innovation, AI and collaboration.
