The client had a strong need to standardize and more consistently monitor the general administrative situation of the group. Each estate, being a separate entity, resulted in different management practices, not allowing for instant and shared updates of the company’s financial situation.
What we did for the wine company
With Adiuto, the entire active/passive administrative cycle of the Group’s companies was managed, which were divided into 16 families.
It was possible to establish a standardized multi-site administrative management for the uniform handling of Supplier invoices.

Facilitated document search
For all invoice documents for each company in the Group. In addition to administrative documents, Adiuto also manages fiscal documents: VAT Registers, VAT Liquidation and Summary, Journal Books, Inventory, Fixed Assets and Inventory Ledger.
Integration with the new management system
The full integration capability with the Navision management system was crucial.
This allowed the client to avoid losing data and information when transitioning from one management system to another.
