The facility is the largest production site for tomato derivatives for third-party brands in northern Italy.

Traceability of documents associated with each company supplier
The client’s critical need was to be able to quickly track and verify the presence and validity of every type of document required for a supplier’s intervention within the facility.
What we did for the Preserved Food Manufacturer
Through the DMS and BPM modules of the Adiuto platform, the client has stored all supplier information and related employees who could provide services at their facilities. Employees have been categorized based on their role. Each role has been associated with a list of required documents relevant to the work performed.

Complete digitization of documents
The Adiuto platform checks the presence and validity of all documents necessary for the work to be performed and for the employees’ roles. Additionally, for periodic documents, the system alerts staff of possible expirations.
The system checks if all documents are present and notifies via email in case of missing documents.

Allows inserting and scheduling each intervention within the system, selecting the supplier who will intervene.
