2012

Bonfiglio Mariotti founds the Bluenext Group

Interpreting the market and anticipating change with investments in innovative IT solutions to enable Businesses and Professionals to enter the digital market through the front door.

2015

Bluenext Srl is created through the merger of Italstudio Spa (1987) and Sistemidata Spa (1986)

Both historic brands in the management software market for Professionals and Businesses. The operational office in Catania joins the new headquarters in Rimini.

2016

Espando Studio, the New Accounting-Tax Management Software

Over 12,000 Professionals use our products to manage their accounting and tax activities. These are firms of all sizes, located in every corner of the country. Espando Studio guarantees them both updates and innovation.

2018

The Service Portal for B2b Electronic Invoicing

Our clients operate in complex environments where efficiency, precision, and security are key determinants of success. In addition to professional firms, over 180,000 micro, small, and large businesses and 50 software companies rely on the Bluenext platform to compile, send, receive, and store Electronic Invoices.

2021

Bluenext's Offering expands with companies digitalization tools

With the Adiuto platform, document management allows businesses to save time and reduces errors.

After Bergamo, new offices open in Piacenza, Milan Porta Nuova, Arezzo, Genoa and Bologna.

2023

Bluenext presents innovative ERP platforms for businesses

Stratega and SAI are complete and integrated solutions for managing all aspects of production and commercialization-based business. They support all aspects of finance management, human resources, project management, and accounting.

They are integrated with the Service Portal, document management and e-commerce. The Bergamo and Treviso offices lead development and support.

2024

New solutions for the digital transformation of SMEs and large enterprises

Bluenext's offering expands further with the COLLHUBORATE suite. With these platforms, we provide companies with solutions that solve specific problems across various business departments through digitalization and process automation, in a customizable and integrated way. Four new operational offices: Schio, Alessandria, Padua and Udine.
