Before digitizing the process, communications between buyers and suppliers mainly took place via email, with a significant waste of time and a substantial exchange of emails, documents, and data.
Thanks to the adoption of the Adiuto platform, Cefla won the Smau Innovation Award 2023.
Involving suppliers as an active part of the qualification process has allowed the business to become more efficient and transform it with a digital perspective. Automating repetitive tasks has enabled Cefla employees to recover time and resources to allocate to higher value-added activities.

Thanks to the adoption of the Adiuto platform, Cefla has also improved document management, which often remained in emails or printed on paper, by adopting a paperless solution.

A digital process for archiving, controlling and reviewing all documentation was configured. Through the Web Composer portal, the supplier was assigned the responsibility to enter and provide the required data within a dedicated, user-friendly and reserved area, without involving Cefla personnel until the validation and approval of the submitted documents.
